5. Customer-Uploaded Photographs and Artwork

Customers may upload photographs, artwork, illustrations, designs, logos, text, or other files for customised products.

By submitting any such content, the customer confirms that:

They own the content or have permission to use it.
They have the necessary rights to reproduce and print the content.
Its use does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
The submitted content is lawful.
The uploaded file is the correct file intended for production.

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded content.

Uploading an image or artwork does not transfer ownership of that content to InstaART.

The customer grants InstaART permission to process, store, resize, crop, adjust where required or instructed, reproduce, and print the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to:

Create design previews

InstaART reserves the right to reject or cancel an order involving content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for production.

6. Image Quality

Large-format murals require suitable image quality.

Customers should upload the highest-resolution original photograph or artwork available.

Screenshots, heavily compressed photographs, social-media downloads, messaging-app images, or low-resolution files may lose clarity when enlarged.

Where InstaART informs a customer that the submitted image may have quality limitations and the customer nevertheless approves production, quality limitations resulting from the original file may not be considered a manufacturing defect.

7. Digital Preview and Customer Approval

For certain custom murals, InstaART may provide a digital preview before printing.

A digital preview may be provided to confirm:

Design
Cropping
Placement
Orientation
Proportion
Text
Customisation
Dimensions

Customers are responsible for carefully checking the preview before approval.

Once a customer approves the preview and production begins, the approved design elements may no longer be changed.

Digital previews are not intended to provide an exact guarantee of physical colour reproduction.

8. Measurements

Unless measurement services are specifically provided or confirmed by an authorised InstaART representative, the customer is responsible for supplying correct wall dimensions.

Customers should carefully verify:

Wall width
Wall height
Measurement unit
Wall orientation
Required installation allowance

InstaART will not be responsible for an incorrectly sized mural where the mural has been manufactured according to measurements provided or approved by the customer.

9. Product Availability and Pricing

Product prices, availability, designs, materials, specifications, promotions, and discounts may change from time to time.

The applicable price will normally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.

Applicable GST, shipping charges, specialised packaging charges, installation charges, or other charges will be displayed or communicated wherever relevant.

Large, heavy, oversized, customised, or 3D relief products may require specialised logistics and may attract additional transportation or handling charges.

10. Order Confirmation

An order submitted through the InstaART website constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:

12. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Many InstaART products are produced specifically for an individual customer's selected dimensions or specifications.

Customer-approved cropping

Water seepage
Unsuitable surfaces
Poor wall preparation
Incorrect adhesive
Incorrect installation

Excessive stretching
Mishandling
Removal or repositioning after installation

Customers should inspect products before installation wherever reasonably possible.

Unless otherwise stated, all original content appearing on the InstaART website, including:

is owned by Instadrafts/InstaART or used under appropriate licence.
